Supervisory Board
Dudás György
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Recorde Asset Management Ltd. He has nearly three decades of experience in the capital markets. After graduating from Corvinus University, he began his professional career in the custody division of Budapest Bank and joined KELER in 1995. He held several operational management positions at the organization, and then served as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors from 2003 to 2017. From 2009 to 2017, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of KELER KSzF. He represented KELER and the Hungarian capital market, representing KELER and the Hungarian capital market. Since 2018, he has been applying his decades of professional experience as a consulting partner at Bourse Consult in London, as well as an expert for the World Bank in international capital market projects. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of MVM Next Zrt. and J-B Faktor Zrt. Since 2008, he has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Autonómia Foundation.
Szendrői Gábor
Member of the Supervisory Board of Recorde, and Managing Partner at Concorde MB Partners, where he has been responsible for the professional leadership of MB Partners since 2013. As a partner at Oriens Group, Gábor has been in charge of the Group’s global mergers and acquisitions business since 2010. Previously, he also worked as a senior management consultant, helping corporations solve strategic problems in 15 countries on four continents. He has degrees from the Corvinus University of Budapest, HEC Paris and INSEAD Singapore.
Veverán Mónika
Chief Operating Officer at Concorde Securities Ltd. Mónika joined Concorde Securities Ltd. in 1996 as a treasury specialist, then worked in risk management and controlling before becoming Back Office Director in 2011. She has a degree from the University of Economics of Budapest (now Corvinus University). She is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of Accorde Fund Management Ltd. and a member of the Risk Management Committee of KELER CCP.
